A note from
the President
 While speaking
at National Postal Forums across the country over the years, I met
with many company representatives who were completely
overwhelmed with the business of mail, which played a large role
in their daily operations. I began by consulting with several companies
on how the one topic I was teaching at a particular forum could save
them a lot of money, and provide them visibility enterprise-wide
that
they never knew was available.
Eventually, U.S.
Postal Service representatives began calling me, asking for me to
explain the processes of postal
programs as seen by the customer so that they could more effectively
promote their products. When the program managers at the U.S. Postal
Service began calling me regularly, requesting that I talk to their
customers, the idea to start Postal Consulting of Southern
California emerged.
Today, PCSC stands ready to help you better understand the wide variety
of products and services the U.S. Postal Service offers to mailers,
and how you can use this knowledge to your economic and competitive
