The Consulting
Process
Initial Consultation
We start with
an initial free consultation to determine if PCSC is able to help
your organization. This process is most effective when the
Chief Financial Officer/VP of Finance is directly involved.
Key information
that can be obtained in advance include:
- A list of
those within your organization who oversee the spending of postage,
along with their titles, phone numbers and e-mail addresses
- A report of postage expenditures during the past fiscal year,
and, if appropriate, the current fiscal year to date
- A list of vendors currently used by your organization to produce
and deposit your mail
Discussion of your business as it relates to the U.S. Postal Service
will likely take less than one hour.
Proposal Phase
On conclusion of the initial consultation, PCSC will analyze the
information collected and provide you with a proposal within three
business days. The proposal will identify areas where improvement
can be made, the estimated cost savings to your organization, and
a quotation of the estimated cost to implement these changes.
Acceptance/Implementation
Upon acceptance
of the proposal, we will move quickly to implement all aspects
of the proposal, per your approval. During the entire
process, opportunities will be presented for key people in your organization
to learn valuable skills that will enable them to continue to
improve their areas of responsibility long after our solutions have
been put in place and we're no longer on the scene. You and your
employees will have resources to enable you to work smarter,
reduce
costs and recognize new opportunities to save
money.
Ongoing Support
If you expect
our input to your success to end once our work is complete, you're
mistaken. PCSC is in the process of producing informative newsletters
and
other
free
materials
that will be available to you, our client on an ongoing basis. Although
you may never invest another dime with us, you'll continue to be
'in
the
loop' as
to changes that effect your business as it grows.
